Spirit of Adoption vs Fear

Romans 8:15–16 (NKJV): For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”

Spirit of slavery = FEAR

“Spirit of slavery” – I can’t win this
“Spirit of slavery” – this sin is too strong to break free
“Spirit of slavery” – this trouble is to big to overcome
“Spirit of slavery” – I’m to poor to ever acquire x.
“Spirit of slavery” – I’m too sick to acquire x
“Spirit of slavery” – I’m not worthy to leave this miry clay; and so God is so far from me.

Spirit of Adoption = God is my near FATHER

“Spirit of Adoption” – I will win this!
“Spirit of Adoption” – This sin is too weak to be a proper challenge!
“Spirit of Adoption” – My Father has declared me righteous in His sight.
“Spirit of Adoption” – My Father is closer to me than my own heart beat .
“Spirit of Adoption” – My Father will bring me victory.
“Spirit of Adoption” – My Father is a shield to protect me.
“Spirit of Adoption” – My Father will supply my needs to the level the pagans seek after it.
“Spirit of Adoption” – My Father will heal me of every sickness
“Spirit of Adoption” – My Father has made me worthy to wear His sandals, His best robe, and His signet ring.
“Spirit of Adoption” – My Father has revealed to me His thoughts and made His ways become my ways.
